Informing
Finding the perfect rental property that meets your needs is a real challenge these days. By getting to know each other and listening carefully, I gain insight into how I can best assist you in your search for a home that meets your criteria. If your wishes don't quite match reality, or you can no longer see the wood for the trees, I'll come up with alternatives. I map out the market for you, organise and guide viewings, and above all, provide clarity.

Advising
Expert advice provides peace of mind, support, and substantiation. I believe that honesty throughout the process — and that true “home” feeling — matter most. That's why I offer proactive advice at every step.

Negotiating
No two homes, and no two moments, are the same. During negotiations, I'm acutely aware of my role as your advocate. No standard packages — only a tailor-made strategy. I turn challenges into well-thought-out plans, balancing reason and emotion, and determine the right moment to make a proposal and request approval to submit it. A carefully coordinated process, all with the aim of reaching the best possible agreement.

Check-in & check-out
Once agreement is reached, it's essential to record it properly. I confirm the agreed principles and advise on drafting the rental agreement — you can always reach out with legal questions. I support you until the moment of check-out, and I'm present at check-in too, inspecting the property and making sure the key handover goes smoothly.

Ongoing support
Throughout your rental period, you can always reach out. If an unexpected issue arises, I'll advise you on the right solution — through the Signature Lifestyle App. A Signature Listing client is a relationship for life.
Transparent, honest and clear
The rental fee is the compensation we agree upon for my advice and services. I like to keep this transparent, honest, and clear. If we find your home together, the commission is one month's rent, including VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Documents, timing, commission and contracts — the questions tenants ask us most.
Usually a copy of your ID, proof of income (an employment contract and recent payslips, or an employer's statement), and sometimes a landlord reference. For entrepreneurs we use annual figures or an accountant's statement. We tell you exactly what is needed before we start viewing.
That depends on availability and your own timing. In practice, tenants who are ready with their documents often sign within two to four weeks of the first viewing, with check-in shortly after.
If we find your home together, the commission is one month's rent including VAT. There are no hidden fees, and we agree everything in writing before we begin.
Yes. We regularly guide international tenants: we shortlist homes, host video viewings, explain the Dutch rental market and contracts, and are present at check-in to inspect the property and hand over the keys.
We do. Whether you are between homes, on a temporary assignment or simply visiting, we look for furnished interim solutions alongside long-term options.
