Signature Listing uses cookies and similar techniques (such as browser local storage) to make this website work and — only with your consent — to gather anonymous statistics and load external media. This page explains exactly what we place and why.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use 'local storage', a similar form of browser storage. In this statement, 'cookies' refers to both techniques.
Categories
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required for the site to work: remembering your language, keeping you signed in, holding your cart and favourites, and restoring your saved searches. No consent is required; without them the website does not function properly.
Statistics & media (optional)
With your consent we anonymously measure which buttons are clicked so we can improve the site. We then also load external media: YouTube videos, Google Maps and virtual (360°) tours. These parties may place their own cookies. Without consent, a video or map stays blocked until you click it and allow it yourself.

Third parties
When you consent to statistics & media, the following parties may place cookies through the content they deliver:
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) — videos on property and service pages.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — maps and location for properties.
- Virtual tour providers (for example Matterport, iPix or Kuula) — 360° tours.
- Our own platform (Lovable Cloud) — necessary functionality and, after consent, anonymous click statistics.
Change or withdraw your choice
You can adjust your choice at any time. Your preference is stored for twelve months, after which we ask again.
Deleting cookies in your browser
Besides our own settings, you can always delete or block cookies in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage website data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
